DAgent : BAD or DAMAGED file selected!
because this error appears in the files uninstall the module and download again and the damaged files appear the same

It is quite hard to say something without full log text. Please, if you will have the same issue in future, copy/paste full log text and we will try to check it.

Internal loaders NOT should be selected by manual, since they are in list.
You can set manual mode and edit emi, for example or auth selection.

Internal DA list, if base use more, than one loader for different mode, can be selected in DA tab, under identify button.

So, again :
There is no reason select INTERNAL DA in manual mode at all.
