During ten years here, I think, you should be able use search. And there is few thread similar your, where explained all, what need for solve it. First one - reflash made FW back. Fast and simple. Second - upload scatter here for verify.

Make complete format ( all itmes, first option )
Then check. If nothing change - check device for ReadOnly - Extra - FlashIC test.
