Have tried unlocking ot-v212 via infinty here is log, but with no sucess
COM19 [VCP0] selected
module v1.38
Device: Alcatel-V212
"advanced chip detection" active
Action: imei repair
new imei: 359423288883888
Checking data, wait...
Boot ...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !
rom version: 0502
Connecting...
booting...
finalizing...
Boot fail
error: operation failed
Finished, time used: 49 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

where is the problem ?

Use charged battery and press Power button for little more longer time.

This is not about charging a battery. Infinity does not support all of V212 CPU's. Try another tool

In some cases some of V212 can not be connected with software due to new CPU type installed.
It may be that your phone has new CPU.
