Here is two documents.
Please, read it carefully (especially dealers and resellers) to avoid future problems and misunderstanding.

We don't have any secrets from our customers, so instruction for dealers also available for public use.

i have one infinity box that cant detect com port and i need too repair my box but smartcard in my box is ok and my box 2leds is on always! anyone can help me ?

@kasra
probably you have damaged FT232 chip and need to replace it. Yo can find more information if you will make search in this forum by words "FTDI" or "FT232", it was discussed here not so long time ago.
