V171 keyboard problem - GSM-Forum

I flashed A moto V171 with v170 flashes by mistake, and keyboards doesn-t work , only the POWER ON key. I flashed back to V171 , and the same problem persists. It could be a SW problem? It acts like Moto V3 after bad unlocking.

Maybe I transformed a V171 into a V3

The problem is , that I did'n tried the phone before, so I don't know if the phone had this problem fefore the first flashing. It could be a SW problem?

Hello,

V171 or V170 can't be damaged permanently if you flash it with wrong firmware. In any case after flashing with correct firmware phone have to be Ok.

Than it should be a HW problem than.
