Version 2.05 does NOT work . But why? - GSM-Forum

I am a newbie with Infinity.
I use 1.58 version and it works OK. See

Chinese Miracle II [MTK module] v 1.58

Operation : Check / Read Info [ v1.58 ]

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey

But it does not work with version 2.05. See

Error : Fail to init protocol!
Remove battery, cable. Check cable/connection/driver! Check SW hint! Repeat operation!

How should I set parameters in version 2.05 so that it works properly?

That's reason why they didn't delete 1.58 from support. Use 1.58 for any old version of the phone and use 2.05 with new version. Cm2 will soon match it together very soon.
