VK530 unlock problem using infinity box - GSM-Forum

Have a problem with detection of model and unlocking:

COM4 selected
Phone must be POWERED-ON !
Voxtel V500óýá±
Err: Phone not powered or bad connection
Err: operation not finished properly
Finished

Help, plzzz

Pls, be sure that you use correct cable, com port and phone is in power-on state.

I'm using cable VK 207i from box coplectation, the phone was turned ON and com port selection ok. But why VK530 was wrong detected?

Hi,

wrong text in log window: it was just small not important bug, it don't affect to unlock process. Anyway I'll double check and let you know some time later but pls, try to connect phone again and try to repeat unlock process.

Download VkMob01 v1.22 from support area and try to make unlock again.

Please, be sure that you use correct cable and com port selected correctly.
I tested this version before release on my own phone several times and it was no any problems (btw, tested with previous version too, but to remove small bugs new version was released).

Phone must be powered ON and backlight should be On.
also, check cable. maybe it's bad cable.

after showing some bad text set is unlocked , but after that there is no signals on the set .( no service )
whats the remedy.......................

check that your phone has the correct band selected, probably you try to use 850/1900 phone in 900/1800 network.

succesfully unlocked vk530 using infinity & vk 207i cable from FB . used left rj45 connector and clicked on SCAN used com-27 VCPO

COM27 selected
Phone must be POWERED-ON !

Phone connected. Working...
SIM Lock: Deactivated
EXT Lock: Deactivated

Power-Off phone now by Power button (don't remove battery)
