Use anoyther flash files sets for flashing, use latest firmware version.
How to know what files to use ? You have a flash files description in DOCUMENTATION folder and in support area files divided by versions.

w220_Main_SCY-7-1270-000.6AM.bin
w220_Flex_SCY-7-0460-239.6AF.bin
w220_LP_SCY-0-0430-121.6AP.bin
w220_Melody_SCY-7-0270-015.6AG.bin
w220_Melody_SCY-7-0270-015.6AG.bin
and also with some other flashes from description in DOCUMENTATION

some one flash phone with Infinity-Box to change lang to arabic

if w220 can't power-on but you are sure that phone hardware is Ok and if you don't know what was original firmware version there is only one way: try to use different flash files sets and see results after each flash process (I have repeated this advice already several times, can't understand what is the problem to read and understand it).
