i format ffs - but after 3/4 hours working - phone again freeze.

what should i do?

Hello,

If phone freez at startup (or after some time) or if phone lost it's settings (f.e. settings reset to default values automatically, imei lost etc.) - it may be a result of damaged hardware.
In most cases this situation take place if flash chip is partially damaged or bad solders.
What to do (check phone after each step):
1. make "format ffs" or "reset settings" with software
2. check that phone has no water damage
3. rehot/reball flash chip
4. replace flash chip

ok, tnx. But phone before unlock work normal, phone is new from T-Mobile.
now i flash eeprom, and will post results.
