it says cant unlock return phone to customer
what is problem?

The problem is: you must download and use latest software (Moto01 module) from support area !

yes, it can be done this way.

btw... did you ever tried to use "Infinity-Box Cable Selector" ? If no I strongly recommend you to use it, this may save a lot of your and mine time.

It's good idea to download and install all latest updates from support area, "Pinouts" module should be installed too.
