hello do not need to hide serial number
without serial number how team will check your issue with smart card ??
also is this logs complete ??mean any diagnose code you not writing etc ???

Hello, I stopped working smart card Infinity box, the device Manager is recognized as an Unknown device, Dongle Manager or does not see how I restore the card, where and to whom to contact?

Hello,

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem.

In this case the only way is to buy new Dongle.

If your old box type was Infinity-Box you can buy Infinity-Box/Dongle from gsmserver (or any other seller).
