- Run DongleManager software - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=5
- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !

sir ihave infinity red box but my smart card dont update ihave cm2 dongle too but cm2 card cannot read in my red box sir kindly solve my problem ilove infinty red box.. thnks in advance yellow boss

Infinity-Box/Dongle (with CM2) Smart-Card can not be used with red box because smart-card is new and box do not support it. You should use Dngle (separate card-reader)

what to do:
inset card in your red box !
update it only ONE time
