it has something very strange, I use original software and low directly it server, and killed mine box. I do not understand porqie this happened.

hello...i got a same problem...my card woking well till the last Mmodule v3.23 update...aftere updating the Mmodule3.23 my dongle request for the update dongle fimware..i m trying to update firmware but it says ..your account is suspended...i wrote to [email protected] they said that u have to buy new card...but its toooooooo cosly here...so now i have to again buy the new card????it means i have to expence other 7000 ruppes for new card???plz help me

I got infinity box, bougt it last year.
Now I'm downloading new shell and all other components. MModulle, Chinese Miracle and others.
What can u say, should I update my dongle? If no > WHY? I'm afraid to update after all this posts about SmartCard!
I'm also using Jafbox+Pkey, Setool and other boxes, but nothing happened (till this time).
Maybe I'll contact PM to InfinitySupport and show my s/n to check is my card in database.

I do not know is it need to upgrade your box or not - run software that you want to use and see what this software say to you.
also, we do not have any information about your box damage status - we do not know is your box damaged or not, so if you want to us new updates you must update your box and see results, in any case you will be able to use your box even in case of upgrade problem.

also, only several people has problems with box upgrade, but thousands of other people has no any problems, so I suggest to everybody to spend your time in phone repair instead of browsing forum and think every hour how to upgrade box (especially because this procedure takes 1-2 minutes only).

what other software do u have on ur PC, what other tools do u have connected to ur PC?
mxkey? jaf? pkey? usb-smart? maybe others?

Today i installed Chinese Miracle 3.11 and when i started it it says..........
