where are readed flashes sent to support - GSM-Forum

i sended few readed files from working phones to support
long time ago
some chip older phones (Sony Ericsson , Vodafone), need languge from this
NOTHING happend , no files on support, just THX mail from supporter

if you no longer support oder phones files at least give some SW so Infinity usres can use readed files by themself like Vygis users

It think 1st team check the uploaded file and after upload to support area maybe some time delay in uploading

What files you talk about exactly ?

We do not support full flash read/write for several models to avoid thousands of killed phones.
Why so ?
Just because many many users has zero knowledge and they kill many phones with other tools.
We make software for repair, not for kill phones.

it is not a matter of few weeks
files are still not on support
talking about Vodafone 226, SE T250i and one more SE (not sure J120i ot T280i)
i know those are CHIP phones, they are fully supported, but i can use specific language so this is why i read full flashes from them
