Why i cant read firmware ?

Is not the first time i put this logs , the software identify normaly the tablet but when i try to read the firmware give error and stop reading. This software is in antivirus exclusion list , the software work fine in WIN XP but in win 7 and win 10 have this fail.

Try check your disk space or location where your saving file
Also try disable antivirus

In this disk i have arround 100GB free space , the Infinity folder is in antivírus exclusion , im trying save the firmware on same exclusion folder, if i try save outside exclusion folder is same result.
