Please, give me an answer #1: Are you able to Power-On phone after you have connected + and - wires to phone instead of battery ?
Please, give me an answer #2: Did you read PinFinder manual ?

Please, be honest and give me honest answers for my questions. It is very important for me to get HONEST answers due to until now we had no problems with PinFinder hardware but it was many problems with users who did not read manuals and talk not honest information about "faulty PinFinder".
But after manual reading all problems was solved.

As I can see you are not experienced user, so, please, give me exact answers to my previous questions and then we will see what to do.

you should test first is ur infinity-box suplies up to 5volts if not, remove the diode as shown in the manual.
then be sure to switch put "POWER-ON" in the pinfinder software before u try to detect pins. for the first time it can be hard, but u will be happy latter, i asure u. just READ MANUAL CAREFULLY. dont rush.
Hope u succeed.

i did self test..
i did jumper and remove diode in my infinity box.. (multitester show +5 volt) my phone can power on from box as battery.
i read carefully pinfinder manual and i follow it..
i didn't cut wire as pinfinder manual shows because my wire is not like in pinfinder manual (no additional unneeded wire)..

what should i do now...?
my pinfinder still can't detect Automatic pinout detection and can't do manual pinout selection.

please help me, i have no more money to buy pinfinder adapter again..
