can not backup firmwares on win 10. many various different phones on mtk

any idea why?

Hello.
Use Short ORIGINAL USB cable. Update USB drivers.
Not use HUB's.

even if the same cables works ok on win 7 and xp. same cables i have been using on win 7 till i upgraded to win 10.

i can do other operations on win 10 except firmware back ups. drivers you have tested any link?

let me try a short cable and give you result.....
