Than you should be more specific about steps, how could we know it's CM related?

You should somehow encourage people to upload readouts with some kind of bonuses-activation, as i can see the biggest problem for china phones is lack of real flash files database, sorted properly and with a possibility for feedback if some of the files are bad/corrupted.

Hello,
Team has already given free support renew/activations to users who have regularly helped us by sending logs/beta testing and uploading firmwares.
And file uploading depends on user own will if he wants or not, we can't force any user to upload all files.
Users can report to team if any file is corrupted/incomplete on server. BTW team first checks all files before moving it to main server for all users.

It already. But I not see reason make threads, like "upload xx files and get free 1-2-3 year renew". It will make support area full of crap and useless files. IF peoples want upload - they do that. Depend on their activity we make some additional activations/renew. We made easy way of upload via IOS uploader. Then we share that files via Torrent Tracker as well.
I think - no one loose in that case.
