What is the problem exactly ?

has got no log file, but after unlock the phone its dead condition

It can not be true that no log present.
Infinity software save all operation log in log file. Please, check folder with software module, you will see file with name operation.log

If phone become dead you can restore special backup file, but we have to check process log first.
