Zte x761 movilnet venezuela - GSM-Forum

I've unlocked 5 of this phones and no one is taking network,i've tired diferent sims and nothing.I used mmodule 2.83.
Any solution for them?

Did you tested phones before unlock ?
Did you tried to make 112/emergency call ?
What is the results ?

Phones are from venezuela and i'm in Spain so unlocked them to make them work here.All are brand new and customer said they worked properly in his country,but here i cant get network after unlocking.Phone imeis all start by 35xxxx so can work in Europe.
i've unlcoed other from Spanish company today and no problem,only problem with this 5 from venezuela.

Hello,

If your phones is from Venezuela I am afraid you may need to make hardware changes due to 900/1800 - 850/1900 band.

Also you can try to flash your phone with other firmware (f.e with X760 firmware) and see results.

The strange thing is that phone is imei 35xxxx normally south american phone have 01xxxx,i'll try to flash one of them with vodafone flash and see.

Do you still have on hands phones that was unlocked and works well ?
If you still have any of them, please, read full flash from it and send full flash backup to [email protected]

Hello,

I need Vodafone from Spain so we will be able to prepare one more firmware and you will be able to flash Venezuela phone with Vodafone firmware (that works for sure for your other phones)

We have got one X761 file from unknown person, it was no any explanation in mail what he have sent that file.
If it was your file I want to inform you, that this kind of file available in support area during long time: ZTE-X761_ZTEMT25_07A_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.X761_Z2_SF_BFFA1 08_En_Fr_Es_Vodafone-Indie.B0M.bin
You can download file from support area and try to flash phones.

Sir i've got the phone of movilnet back and flashed one of them but after flash phone is not getting on anymore.I read full flash before doing it but i cant write it back.
what should i do now?

What was original phone firmware version ?
What firmware file you have used for flashing ?
