E720_problem with original usb cable flashing - GSM-Forum

I have problem with flashing E720 with original USB cable. Driver from support work only with powered phone, but with flash mode not work. I read manual, but this step by step not work for me....

Have anybody for this help...? thanks

press and hold * + power on. Phone won't power on but it will detect cable driver.

Driver from support working with P730/E720 cable. Tested 100% . Please use manual search and borrow that folder while windows asking for driver.

Hello people

i have the same problem with hrich.
It can dedect usb drivers when phone is on but when pressing * + power it does not dedect the drivers from the folder i extract the drivers file.

What could be the problem?

after press and hold * power about 3secs, go in to device manager and see what comport it's using.

It does not using any com port because if windows does not find drivers for a specific device it can't asign any port to that device.
On the device manager it is displayed on the "other devices" with yellow question mark and it writes "WMC USBL App"
Are there any other drivers we can use?

In the Option Settings in the Flash and Verify
Do we add any Reserved Memory Regions ?

How I can find this Regions ?

First time u hold * Power 3 sec, it will ask for the driver. If not, reinstall it by Samsung USB Cable Driver in support area.

Is asking for the driver when I connect the E720 and hold * and Power .
I install the Samsung USB Cable Driver from support area.
But still cannot find "WMC USBL App" .
Is there a specific location in my computer that I can find it so to install it maunal .

Just specific the directory at the Samsung USB Cable Driver model.
