dear sir, getting assess to turbo-support is very difficult; i am still waiting despite having submitted all info to legigia; can u pls upload lg flashes for us in thunderstrom server pls.

Better to use original flashes because every soft can convert them to its own format

You can convert original flashes by using mot2bif converter from support area, then you can use bif files in thunderstorm software.
