3110c - HWC empty - its repair yes or NO

My ccc , *****dongle & simlock Valid but HWC is empty so set is in CONTACT service.

I have JAF , MICRO , MXkey , & UB why can i repair it .

UB show *****DONGLE data EXISTS when press check SD

in MX i do it -

Repair SD > load PM 1 & 309 > super SD Authentic .

but my HWC can not repair.

u use jaf write ccc_hwc_rpl. write good PM 1 & 309 pm with sx4.

write this one attached rpl(hwc only) + pm 1&309 with sx4, it will be ok.

do two thinks
first authenticate pm under sd option & write full pm
if still problem persists then in imei tab(sd repair) do
recover certificate for 3110c server has all neccesory files ur set will get ok
(this solution to work with mx key)
other wise write rpl i have attached with jaf
remember to have back up first
