3250 sim card not valid and phone start up failed


Hello, I had two pieces 32540 which were hanging. So, i full flashed both of them. Now when i insert simcard one says "simcard not valid" while the other says "Phone startup failed. Contact retailer". Please help since these phones are very expensive.

which version flash you use and what box you flashed the phones with ?

I flashed version 3.23 on jaf. I used "Thunder_03.23_Core.fpsx" as mcu file, and "Thunder_03.23_Variant_09.fpsx" as ppm file and "Thunder_03.23_LFFS_Image_EMEA.fpsx" as cnt file....
Any ideas?

Normal Reset (*#7780#) : Restores ini files from rom but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)
- Deep Reset (*#7370#) : This reformats completely the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.
Turn phone off, press and hold the green (talk) key on the left + number 3 on the keypad + the * key and then turn the phone back on.

I deep reseted the phone and it now shwos blank screen....what to do?

Someone please tell me how to solve "sim not valid" for 3250. I'm desperate since these are expensive pieces. I upgraded full flash 3.21 to 3.23 since piece was hanging and that's when the trouble started...

I think the 3.23 file is corrupt that is why after full flashing with 3.23 it shows sim not valid...anyway i will post simlock status later...
