Well. . . now first Save your both backup PM 308 (CRT 308) and RPL (CRT BKP) before start erasing.

Now we are going to erase flash, follow these below steps:

- Erase Flash with BB5Erase_8MBrap, BB5Erase_16MBrap and also with BB5Erase_32MBrap (Erase files are attached)

Put erase files One bye One in MCU Part only like this:

MCU Flash file: X:\All_BB5_Erase_Files\BB5Erase_8mbBrap.bin (Untick CRT308 and CRT BKP all the time after both backup saved)
and then click to Flash, when it completed then again put 16mb in MCU Part like this:

MCU Flash file: X:\All_BB5_Erase_Files\BB5Erase_16MBrap.bin
and start erasing. . . . .

and when it also completed then Put 32MB in MCU Part and start erasing again. . .
MCU Flash file: X:\All_BB5_Erase_Files\BB5Erase_32MBrap.bin

after this now connected phone will be fully erased and now you have to start the flash procedure.

- Full flash with latest FW 7.21 (with MCU + PPM + CNT)

- Write/Restore the Orignal backup of RPL (CRT BKP)

- Writ/Restore the Orignal backup of PM 308 (CRT 308)

- Use SX4 Auth Service, when it done then

- Write Full PM (Attached)

- And then make Factory Settting.

Note: Don't Forget to Save your both backup PM 308 (CRT 308) and RPL (CRT BKP) before start erasing.

That's all. . .

hope problem will fixed . . .

Best of luck. . .
