About Nokia phone Mass Memory in used? - GSM-Forum

hava someone can give me a advice to sovle the pro?
i try to flash with latest FW. format user date.format c d f(can't read the E(Mass Memory)).also i try to connect mass memory with pc.
but i can't enter the DIsk.
any suggestion?

Hello
first try reset device with factory reset
then try again

what unit are you trying to format the mass memory?
