has anybody unlocked n96 before?

n85 n96 5800d ... Etc not supported from my research i was told that these phones stated are supported free. must of then enter phone start-up failed after unlocking which we required RPL to put the phone back to normal, indirectly u are paying for the unlocking by purchasing RPL file. pls think about this.

its just so simple when unlocking process reaches this point

Writting PM Field 120 Subfield 0 with length 56 bytes
Writting PM Field 308 Subfield 1 with length 8192 bytes

remove cable form phone then phone unlock even if unlocking process not finished thats what the author is saying

its up to you to do it or not

Why you all guys tring this stupid trick .........

best way acc to zulea is make unlock pm then write that unlocked pm with sx4 with any box. that's it

i got one n79 it also not unlocked with unlocked pm always failed with sx4 and after write pm contact retailer

This problem happens tome with MT-BOX when I try to Write Unlocked PM:
Althought I get first PMM Authorize Successful, then after I press Write:

PMM Authorize SUCCESSFULL
Sending to phone Resource: 78
Sending to phone Resource:134
Sending SIMLOCK record...
Warning: Failed to write 134:0001, 8192bytes.
Use SX4 button to authorize
