Using kaspersky, avg, etc... its a very weird thing that i can't find the TROJAN that you mentioned....

Yes, you can use this cable. RS 232(serial) cable does not need drivers.

To solve all problems with incorrect cables/drivers/installations, you can use com emulator. This is very easy to use with just normal ufs service cables. see here
