Help!!! N70 cannot make and receive calls.

Don't know why my phone could not make and receive calls. All other functions are working well. Firmware is:

v 5.0638.3.0.1
18-09-06
RM-84

When I make call, there's a small icon at the top left hand corner of the calling dialog box. Like a key sign.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Cheers!

*+3+send+power

Few questions:

1. Does the send button means the call button?
2. Do you press these combination together?
3. Perform this when the phone is off or on?

Thanks!

Tried the hard reset but to no avail. But I did notice that whenever it picks up a 3G signal, it can't make calls anymore. And when switch it to GSM mode only, it seems ok. Possible hardware problem?
