How to contact Vodafone UK for unlock code

Hi there.
Does anyone know how to get in cotact with Vodafone UK and I mean by email, since on the phone noone can help me. I need an email address that can be used for a non-UK resident who doesn't have a Uk phone number and therefore cannot get in touch with them directly from their official web page contact form.
Many thanks.

on www.vodafone.co.uk in the "contact us" form you can state that you are not a vodafone uk customer...
try there...

Already tried, but even if you select the "I'm not currently a vodafone customer" option, you still have to give them your home and mobile number and both must be UK phone numbers, therefore that form is useless for a non-UK customer in case you have to contact them...

You need an uk vodafone simcard and an uk home adress. You will be asked to have 20 pounds on the simcard to get the unlock code.

I understand that I must have a Vodafone UK sim card and a UK home address (the 20 pounds is not a problem) but what if I don't have them? There must be a way that someone outside the UK can contact Vodafone UK by email and ask them the unlock code, even without the SIM card and UK address. On this forum some italian did make it with orange!!! Without being a UK customer or having the UK SIM card.

Orange is not the Vodafone

From Vodafone:

Thank you for contacting Vodafone Customer Service about a NUC (Network Unlock Code) for your phone.

I wish to tell you that due to data protection act, we require the following information to process the NUC request.

The mobile number you've given is not registered. You'll need to register the number so that we can request the NUC for your phone. Your full UK address with post code so that I can register your details on our systems

There is a charge of £19.99 to unlock your phone if you are using the phone for less than 12 months. It is free after 12 months.

Once you register the number, please also give the make and model of your phone and the IMEI number, so that we can request the NUC for your phone.

The IMEI is the long series of numbers usually found underneath the battery. You can double-check the IMEI by pressing *#06# on your keypad.

If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to contact us.

-----------------------

Thanks for your email regarding your NUC.

We can do this for you, because you did not buy your phone directly from Vodafone, there is a £20.00 charge for this unlock.

You will need to make sure that you have at least £20.00 credit on your account for this to be done

I suppose then that there's no chance for a non-UK customer (Vodafone IT, but still part of the Vodafone group though) that bought a second hand phone on ebay locked on Vodafone UK to use the phone.
There must be a way...

Since Italy is just across the Adriatic from Serbia, you could find some service centre (maybe in Trieste) who sends to phones to Serbia for unlock,or colect atleast 5 or 10 phones, contact someone from this forum who works with Dejan Kaljevic and bring them yourself,it's not that far and the trip+unlocking for 5 or more phones wouldn't be expencive as for just one!?
But first tell us which phone do you have, cause he can't unlock all of the new v3 BB5 Nokias?
Pozdrav
