Hi,
you needs to install this service patch(ringtone patch)

This revision introduces the patch created to be installed on the phone to address some of the issues with Ringtone.

Background / Scope
In sw 2.0536.0.2 the default ringtone was incorrectly configured to be "NokiaTune.aac", but this file is not included. This means that if the end user has selected a ringtone which is on a memory card that has been removed, or a file that has been deleted, then their phone will never ring.
Restoring a backup from one of these software versions 2.0536.0.2 to a newer version will transfer the problem to a newer version.
This sis file addresses this problem by correctly configuring the default ringtone.

Usage
The patch is supplied in a RINGTONE.SIS file which must be installed on the phone to be repaired. The phone must then be rebooted for the patch to take effect. No further action is necessary.
Erasing the user area or restoring a backup will remove the patch. Therefore it is recommended that the user make a backup immediately after installing the patch.
The patch is intended to be used as a repair action, but the RINGTONE.SIS file itself must not be distributed outside of Nokia.
