N81 8GB MASS MEMORY CORrUPTED

Hello.i have one n81 8gb,and i-ve connected the phone via file transfer to pc.it showed me as an external memory,and i-ve clicked Format...and now..when i enter phone memory it says mass memory corrupted. i tried to flash..reset phone, full factory..but nothing..

i also knew that hardware problems memory chip corrupted..i also have omnia hd with this situation..but are those memory chip available/??
