Exclamation N85 turns off when making voice call

Hi guys. First time poster here. I hope that someone can pointme in the right direction.
In a nutshell, my N85 has been relatively problem free for the past 6 months.
In the last week or so, when making a call the phone turns itself off everytime.
However, i can browse internet, listen to music and even make video calls with no issues at all... Everything else works except making voice calls..

So far, i have tried updating firmware to the latest 31.xx, i have replaced the battery and have carried out the factory reset procedure several times to no avail.

Woudl any of you be able to suggest something to try to get this phone working again ?

Originally, i debranded the phone from Vodafone to Nokia generic, but this was 6 months ago and like i said it was working fine until now.
Ideally, i would like to rebrand my phone to take it back for warranty, but i cannot find the firmware for Vodafone Australia. Can it even be done ??

Anyway, all help will be appreciated.

Cheers

My friend, looks like you were right..
I tested my phone with headset plugged in and all working ok. When i unplug headphones, it shuts down again.

How did you know this was the problem ?

I ordered one from ebay.. will report back when confirmed.

thank you
