hi every one ,i buy a mobile workshop ,and i find a black,box,,or may be dongle,,but i don,t know what is this ,,dongle or box,,plz see the image,,,and plz tell me what is this,,which type ,,its nokia,,but don,t know ,how to download for it instaler,,plz help

i think its an old nokia flasher dongle.
