Nokia 6126 Dead -- fix with phoenix?

Hi, I've got a ATT&T branded Nokia 6126 that I tried to flash with phoenix 2006, but it didn't work (of course) and so now I've got a brick. Is there any way to reflash it with just the usb cable? If I try to power it on with the USB cable plugged in, it comes up for a second as Nokia USB ROM Parent, but then goes off right away. Is this a rescue mode? Is there something special (keypress, software thing) I have to do to keep it from going right back off?

Any help is appreciated.

Hmm, no luck with the dead phone usb flashing.

YourPhone, it's still under warranty, so if I send it back, will they fix it and not charge me, or are they gonna know I tried to flash it and make me pay?

Looks like you may have tried to downgrade, if nokia really wanted to find out they could but 99% they will replace your phone, send it and waste no more time
