This goes for both of you... There is a thread about that firmware version, but since you were lazy to use search... here is the link to the software which has TWO .CO flash files-> http://www.gsmegypt.com/support/mouazen/Nokia/N70/
One of them is generic and the other (also generic but) for N70 ME,but it's all the same which one you use, since the only diference is between themes that come with the firmware!

Yes,it's the SAME phone just with a bit diferent firmware which has two new themes and Media button can't change it's function, like the one with normal firmware can!
If you reaaaaly can't live without those two themes, then get them here-> http://forum.burek.co.yu/index.php/topic,87278.660.html and when you unrar the folder, just copy it to E:System/Skins and that's it,you can than choose them from Themes!

- In the Music Edition, the Music Access Key replaces the Multimedia Key (sometime called the operator key). This is not user configurable and locked to always give instant access to the Music Player application with a short press. A long press gives instant access to the Visual Radio application.

It means that your phone needs to be on!!
kill206cc,it doesn't say that you are trying to flash it with older version, you English is bad then, cause it should be warning you that you are flashing it with a diferent software that doesn't match your phones product code, but it's nothing so ignore it!!

so there isn a difference with both firmware? like ME supports bigger memory card, supports the new headset. (forgotten what it was called, but can recall that it is not supported by original N70, i think) planned to get the n70 long ago, however, the ME keeps makin me think twice. =\
