Pls help! nokia 6280 contact service with imei 12345600654321 - GSM-Forum

Dear all,

Cos' mistake i was flash 6280 with firmware of N6270 by JAF Flasher. After Flashed again with newest N6280 firmware (V. 3.70) now my phone turn on with LCD show "contact Service" and nightmate with me is imei now change " 12345600654321". Anybody have solutions for fix this error? Pls help!!!

Humm... Only good PM can save u.
But is just a guess. Might help or not.

Well it can help to flash back the phone, but not sure if will help with the IMEI issue.

U won´t loose anything on trying.

use FPS10 send file, contact me!!!

maybe ime_i was overwritten in flash and if you don't have backup of overwritten area you permanently *****ed yer phone

Just ONE Solution for your problem mate,
REBUILD your imei by using ORIGINAL Equipment (phoenix_service_sw_2006_12_5_136, FPS-10, SX-4 Smartcard,).
choose tools> restore certificate> create request file.
send the ASK file to [email protected] (if your product code is registerd to Nokia APAC)

For NOW, I just can give you that solution.

ps: PM File from other phone will NO USE.

Better send phone to nearest official Nokia service centre - they will make that need ...

if you rewrite PM sometimes it will start showing this error.
Write original phone PM and it should be ok.
but u have IMEI problem.
THere is no solution for this at the moment

this is the only soluation or you can send it to Nokia service center

you need to write rpl
look at C:\Program Files\ODEON\JAF\ProgDara for backup
