Try formatting the phone (press * + 3 + call button and power on) if that can't help you, you must flashing the phone. If that not for you check yout hardware, searching for schematic and tested. nice day from OUT OF RANGE

Its either of 2 problems 1: software based,ie: update handset using nokia online updater service.
or 2: it could be hardware trouble in which case it would best sent back to nokia for replacement.

use phoenix: via usb or fbus
- read phone
- change local mode
- product
- File system format
- choose c drive-->format
- choose d drive--> format
- try to all drive to format, the last drive is interrupted with error message
- close
- close product

thats all
enjoy
