I have dead my 6630 after flashing.And NOBODY can't help me in my country.SO there is way to flash deda 6630 or not

Yes there is. The procedure is explained SEVERAL times throughout the forum. Just use the search.

Protocol: BB5 Flashing = use the same or higher version

Heh, nobody in your country??? In fact this cant be ...

6630 doesnt support DEAD USB FLASHING, because of this you CAN'T revive that phone by your self.

I suggest you search http://www.nokia.lt/ for an authorised Nokia Service Centre or agent.
