UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION :BOX_AUTH_ERROR:HWK TAMPERED OR
SUBSTITUTE

I meet this problem no body solved, i was trying to install new minor update of HWK 2.2.3 , before that was working very fine, my hwk is original i bought from I-pmart, i never buy the fake one, i ask what happen to this new error, all update and loggin is ok , but when i connect Box after installation error occur

there no clear post with this error that is why i brought on this thread, in another hand no post explain about this problem, i used search engine with no lucky

it seemed there is no solution, we will keeping buy fake HWK sold by their Resseller

Try to change the power cable and put the power cable at the back side of your pc ..... in USB port

No it's not a power problem ...

if the hwk repaired by third party tools ...

That problem came ..

Me too have the one with that problem
tried the many solution but still same error ... any advice from sarasoft side

yes i solved this problem at last just repear hwk hardware . hwk repear device it well done
