Help me with my Ericsson S868 - GSM-Forum

Hello !

I have a Ericsson S868. I used "Ericsson Home service soft 5.2 from Zulea" run under clear dos, but there was an error reading NCK, NSCK and CCK from phone.

"used port com 1

NCK: Error in EE
NSCK: Error in EE
CCK: Error in EE "

After I used "Ericsson Tool V1.7 from Saras" and I couldn't read out the codes.

Download the eeprom and check the codes through a lockviewer...
