t28 "no access" - GSM-Forum

when i dial my t28.... it says "no access".... i have unlock it and try to resst with the master rest... but phone still says ..."no access" when i dial any call...

any sugestion or solution??

You can try this:
Power on some radio receiver and try to dial number from phone. If you can hear noise from radio, your phone is ok. I mean hardware. But i think you have bad unit. Hardware probably.

the iemi on the phone back cover and in the phone are different... but i cannt change the iemi with atr 5.3... it says wrong phone selection.. however i can unlock it with the same program and setting...
