What can i do?

I read about your issue, you know I had the same problem.

I realised that whenever I was working fast with my mobile phone I would reboot. So I tsopped pressing the 'NO' key whenever I entered any sub-menu or changing profile (or anything that is followed by an screen which asks you no question at all).

Try to look if your phone is water damaged if not try to change Keypad film.
