Is it your battery a original one?
Are you charging through the phone or a desktop charger?

You have either killed the Power Controller chip or the Power Amlifier chip or both. Maybe a transistor or diodes. Never use a compatible charger without voltage verification. T39m / mc chargers @ 5V dc +/- 10%

Your handfone needs service from a qualified technician to replace the of*****ng components. I screwup 2 Alcatels from using cheap chargers and had to send for service - $30 in Singapore. One cannot be repaired because of obsolete components.
