what should i check to repair dead t28, tried to read it with atr but no response. thanks

99% is dead power amplifier - you must change it with new one - you must use hot air.

Yes. U can check this by measuring resistance between +&- battery contacts If impedance is low (less then 50 Ohms), then - transmitter amplifier is out. Try to desoldier it. Phone must switch on after that.
