Dear sir.

i have problem with you on tsm 100 and grundin g600 how can we unlock this phone without cable or where to buy this cable and when are you going to bring it in market and as for now i am not sure that any of us can unlock this phone so my advise to the team is allways you have to make sure that software come with cable and without cable no unlock pls without cable don't say first in the world.i'm writing in pains because costomer bring many of this phone and i cannot unlock even one it very painful

For TSM100 you need Actisys IR 220L+ serial IR or compatible, and for Grundig G600 you need original USB cable. This two cables are not included in standard TSMbox+ package.

actisys IR 220L + serial = infrared adapter for serial comport , not usbport
