Be patient people. They need a few weeks. It's hard to understand new Alcatel phones and Philip phones are not easy to find. This people need the phone to make updates and do their own work. That's not easy so please be patient.

If my friendly me4 he would be desirable than the polar team box publish a bringing up to date than here in Colombia we needed very much

Here this a no borne by the polar box that is in Colombia has the models

Ive got several Box´s and also got one polar box... i think is a good Software and works very well....
The updates could be faster... but they got good support....
This box IS FAR FROM DEAD!!... just wait im sure it wont take long!!
