You wanna a professional answer? Here it comes u bought not original hardlock, you was cheated, now disturn your reseller who cheated you and ask him for updates. Im not a right person to get support for not original software. I hope the answer is professional anought for you.

hy Mr Sanchez i have sanchez programer V5.53 and he can't unlock fisio 822 he say : version not suported ......
waht can i doo ??????,

If you have real soft read and send to sanchez he will reply quick and you will be able to unlock this phone

If you want 2.53 of this soft i can send you but need original dongle.It always not working on Xenium 9@9 and Fisio 822.
