hi
it seems like a phone with new rm i have checked the suport customer tried to unlock this phone some how now its on contact service i need to fix this phone what should i do

for (CONTACT SERVICE) need to unlock phone or something (depend on crustily condition of phone) actually we're add. many firmwares (patch) version, but few still need to update, we're now working on it kindly if yo have any unsupported dct-4 Firmware version just upload (MCU) Version, then we'll add. asap!!
PS; or always try to post here log (screen) for good help,
