i have 2610b v.7.04 and i tried to unlock but it shows this!

sir can you give me a patch file?

update ur univarsal box and see patch file C:\Uni\Files\Nokia\DCT-4\Patch location.

unlock for it phone is down for moment. any day back unlock were posible but phone lose signal. is for it that ub team do not unlock it for moment again.
